Submit Themed Meetings Details

 

 

Please Note:

  • This link will be open until 31st December, 2017.
  • The clubs are entertained to submit this form only once. Multiple entries are not allowed.
  • If there are multiple entries from a club, only the first submission will be considered.
  • For example, a club cannot submit the agenda and meeting photographs of 1 of the themed meetings first and then submit for the second meeting the next time.
  • Hence, it is advised to complete all the themed meetings (maximum of 2) that your club is planning to organize first and then submit the details about all the meetings here.

NOTE: Submissions Made for Quality Club and Golden Gavel Awards after midnight of 20-April-2018 and before midnight of 30-June-2018 will be considered for the awards but the awards will be presented later.
