  • Unlike few other submission forms, this form is not restricted to a one-time submission.
  • This form can be submitted by a club for a minimum of 0 times (the scenario when a club did not host both the joint meetings they attended) and for a maximum of 2 times (the scenario when a club hosted both the joint meetings).

NOTE: Submissions Made for Quality Club and Golden Gavel Awards after midnight of 20-April-2018 and before midnight of 30-June-2018 will be considered for the awards but the awards will be presented later.
