Please Note:

  • This link will be open until 31st December, 2017.
  • The clubs are entertained to submit this form only once. Multiple entries are not allowed.
  • If there are multiple entries from a club, only the first submission will be considered.
  • For example, a club cannot submit the agenda and evaluation form for presentation about “Mentoring” first and then for the other 2 presentations second time.
  • Hence, it is advised to complete all the presentations that your club is planning to organize first and then submit the details about all the presentations here.
